Emilia Romagna is the third restaurant for the Alla Famiglia brand of restaurants. Aged meats, wood fired pizzas, several off-menu culinary specialties created daily inspired by a particular region in Italy called Emilia Romagna. The reviews are in and the public has spoken....Emilia Romagna will be a gem of a restaurant that will hardly disappoint even the most seasoned palate.
I almost forgot about the Sushi. Our Sushi chef, Matt, is a self-taught Sushi Master. After learning from the best sushi chefs in the Pittsburgh area and reading "lots and lots of books" (as said by Matt) on the subject, Matt has honed the art of Sushi making. Using a mixture of science and magic, Matt's Sushi confections are nothing short of spectacular and are a "carnival in your mouth."
